Thermalite Aircrete 3.6N Shield & Trench Block are lightweight masonry units made from aerated concrete for improved thermal insulation and practical handling on site. Their aircrete composition provides a balance of structural strength, moisture resistance, and low-density construction suited to both above-ground and foundation applications. The smooth, uniform surface supports accurate laying and contributes to consistent wall performance.

• The Shield Block is intended for internal and external walls, partitions, and areas where thermal efficiency and easy workability are beneficial. It helps reduce heat loss and supports energy-efficient wall construction.
• The Trench Block is designed for below-ground use, forming strong foundation walls and reducing the need for traditional cavity arrangements. Its lightweight structure assists manual handling and speeds up foundation build times while maintaining reliable compressive performance.
