Stick pins with washers offer a quick and reliable mechanical fixing solution for insulation boards, acoustic linings, or cladding materials against masonry, concrete, ducting, or metal surfaces. Each pin is supplied with a locking washer that secures the material in place once pierced through, forming a stable anchor even before adhesives engage.

Installation Guide:

• Clean substrate to remove dust, oil or debris for best contact.

• Mark fixing positions on insulation or panel material at required spacing.

• Insert stick pin through material and push firmly into substrate (masonry, concrete, metal, or ductwork).

• Place washer over exposed pin end and press or lock washer to seat material.

• For thick insulation, ensure washer fully bears against surface to distribute load.

• If required, trim excess pin length flush to avoid sharp protrusions.
