The Maxam DURA+GY DURA+ Adhesive Sealant is a latest generation hybrid polymer sealant and adhesive designed for exceptional performance in a wide range of bonding and sealing applications both indoors and outdoors. It combines the functions of adhesive, sealant, silicone, caulk, filler, and mastic in one versatile product.

This grey sealant offers powerful high grab adhesive strength, seals instantly even under water, and is resistant to chemicals, UV, mould, and fungi. It has 400% elongation at break and is food safe conforming to the Isega standard. It can be painted over after curing.
