Kingspan Kooltherm K118 Insulated Plasterboard combines superior insulation, drylining, and vapour control in a single board. It features a rigid thermoset phenolic core with a foil facing on the reverse and a gypsum-based plasterboard on the front for a smooth, ready-to-finish surface. With a low thermal conductivity of 0.019 W/mK, it delivers exceptional energy efficiency while maintaining valuable internal space. Ideal for upgrading solid walls, brickwork, or roof applications where thermal performance and minimal thickness are key.

Installation Guide:

• Prepare wall or roof surfaces and ensure they are clean, dry, and free from dust or debris
• Cut boards accurately to fit openings and edges using a fine-toothed saw or sharp knife
• Fix boards mechanically or bond with appropriate plaster dabs or adhesive as specified
• Ensure boards are tightly butted and joints staggered between rows
• Apply jointing materials or plaster skim to achieve a smooth, ready-to-decorate surface
