Kingspan Kooltherm K110 Soffit Insulation Board is an advanced, rigid phenolic insulation board used for insulating structural ceilings and soffits. It combines a fibre-free phenolic core with a low emissivity foil on the exposed face and a glass tissue facing on the concealed side. With a thermal conductivity of 0.019 W/mK, it provides outstanding insulation in a slim profile. Ideal for new builds and refurbishment projects where space and energy efficiency are priorities.

Installation Guide:

• Ensure the soffit surface is clean, dry, and structurally sound
• Cut boards accurately to size using a fine-toothed saw or sharp knife
• Fix boards directly to the soffit using suitable mechanical fasteners or adhesive systems
• Stagger joints and ensure tight board alignment for continuous insulation coverage
• Seal all edges and joints where required to maintain vapour resistance and airtightness
