Crystal double glazed uPVC top opener window provides secure, energy-efficient ventilation for small openings in residential and commercial builds. A-rated performance minimises heat loss while meeting modern building standards.
Size 610 mm high x 440 mm wide x 70 mm profile, with 28 mm Low E argon-filled glazing unit and Warm Edge spacer bar achieving 1.4 W/sq m K U-value. Includes white PVC cill (30 mm, factored into height), espag locking with night vent, trickle ventilation, white handle and glazing packers.
