Description
British Gypsum Gyproc Moisture Resistant plasterboard is specifically formulated to resist high humidity environments encountered in bathrooms, kitchens, and semi-exposed areas. Its silicone additives and water repellent liners reduce water absorption to less than 5%, preventing moisture-related damage such as mould, staining, and structural weakening.
This specialist plasterboard also offers fire retardant and acoustic insulation properties, making it a practical choice for moist internal spaces requiring both durability and safety compliance.
