Description
This is a fire rated hinge and latch pack designed for use on fire doors requiring Grade 7 hardware. It includes 1.5 pairs of 76 x 51 x 2mm stainless steel hinges and a 64mm heavy duty tubular mortice latch. The pack is supplied with all necessary intumescent ironmongery protection to ensure compliance with fire safety standards, including hinge pads and an intumescent kit for the latch, plus all fixings.
The hinges are certified to Grade 7, supporting door weights adjusted up to 40 kg, suitable for FD30 and FD60 fire doors. The hardware meets strict certification standards including Certifire, EN 1935 and EN 12209, CE marking, and fire resistance to BS476 Part 22 and BS EN 1634-1.
