100mm Standard Grade Plain Face 3.6N Aerated Concrete block (H+H Celcon)

The standard grade plain face aerated concrete block provides a balance of strength, thermal efficiency and ease of handling for everyday wall construction. Manufactured from autoclaved aircrete, it offers a compressive strength of 3.6 N/mm² with excellent insulation and workability. Its smooth plain face ensures accurate laying and uniform mortar joints, making it suitable for cavity walls, partitions and foundations in both domestic and commercial builds.

Installation Guide:

• Prepare a clean, level base and set out the first course accurately
• Lay blocks on a 10 mm mortar bed, ensuring full coverage on bed and vertical joints
• Stagger vertical joints (half-bond pattern) for stability
• Align courses horizontally with a spirit level; tap blocks gently into position
• Cut blocks with a saw where necessary; remove debris before jointing
• Protect newly laid masonry from frost or excessive moisture until set
