How to request a return

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Visit "Your Orders" in your account
2. Find the order containing the item you want to return
3. Click "Return Items"
4. Select the items and reason for return
5. Choose refund or replacement
6. Print the return label and attach it to the package

Important: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items.
