As a former NHBC builder with many years of experience. I approach matters from a practical perspective for my clients, working together to achieve a design that will work best for my clients. I have experience in designing and overseeing projects through all planning stages, permitted development drawings, as well as building regulation processes. Conversions, Extensions, New build Flats and other domestic planning applications.
We specialise in the domestic market for extensions, loft & all conversions and turn drawings around within a 10- 20 working day deadline from survey (for draft ready for submission).
