Generally, DIY cleaning would damage ovens.Cleaning older ovens - Very old ovens (older than 10 years) may have lot of wear and tear which will not be restored after cleaning. We are only responsible for cleaning. Concerns - Customer should be attended before, while and after any jobs we conduct.Complaints - Any concerns after oven or carpet cleaning should be brought to our notice before the technician departs from the property. Last minute cancellations - quoted full price will be charged for last minute cancellations. 24 hours notice is required before cancelling any booking.Parking - As we cook greasy shelves and other parts into a gas heated dip tank in the van, we require a safe and level surface.
