Hi, I'm a local builder working out of Haslemere who has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. I specialize in Garden Studios, Home Offices, Garden Rooms, Man Caves, Golf Simulator rooms, and raised Decking. All the buildings shown in my photos have been individually built onsite, by me, to my client's individual needs. The majority of the structures are built under Permitted Development rights, depending on Location, size, and proximity to boundaries, so Planning Consent is not normally required. The Studios are fully insulated, Four Season Dwellings. They are fully constructed in sustainable wood on a suspended timber floor platform (perfect if you have undulating ground). I offer a variety of external finishes, the most common of which is a lovely Western Red Cedar. The Concertina doors are Double-glazed, Pre-finished Hardwood, with the window options varying from uPVC to Aluminium. The buildings come fully plastered, complete with Architrave and skirting, as well as optional LVT flooring if required. The building can be a standalone, or I can offer Composite decking to complement the building's surroundings.
