Before and after pictures will be provided on any service for your peace of mind!PRESSURE CLEANING SERVICES:DRIVEWAYS, PATIOS AND WALLS-The process of cleaning and restoring your driveway or patio depends on what surface is being worked on. But for the most part every surface will undergo an initial clean to get rid of all the dirt, algae, moss, weeds and debris from the surface. This initial process will rejuvenate the surface of your driveway or patio leaving it looking as good as new as it can get.In some cases, water pressure alone may not lift heavy infestations of black or white lichen, rust or oil stains from the surface. In these cases, chemicals will need to be applied to the surface to aid in the removal of these blemishes. The use of chemicals is optional to the customer and all use of chemical treatments is included in the initial wash price! Chemicals will disinfect the surface helping prevent future fungal and bacterial growth. Please note that over time without treatment, many surfaces will regain bacterial and fungal growths, especially those in shaded areas!Bolt Ons (OPTIONAL)RE- SANDINGAfter the initial wash, the joints of the block paving will be empty; leaving these gaps as they are will in time deform the driveway.Re sanding fills these empty joints and locks the block paving together helping with the stability and integrity of the surface.SEALINGSealing a driveway or patio isn't mandatory but it will protect the surface of your driveway or patio from future oil stains and contaminants, therefore extending the life of the surface. Sealing will also help lock in the newly layer sand in-between the joints. You have the choice of either a matt or silk finish sealer. Both the matt and silk sealant do exactly the same job only the silk gives off a glossy finish to the surface.MINIMUM CHARGE FOR PRESSURE CLEANINGPlease note: There is a minimum charge of £60 for any pressure washing service.Any area smaller than 20m² is charged at a flat rate of £60.DISCLAIMER:Please be aware that the cleaning process as described will lift most stains and clear most blemishes from the surface of masonry. But due to the nature of stone; variations in color, texture and imperfections may still be present after the wash is complete.GUTTER CLEARING/ CLEANING SERVICE-I also provide a professional gutter cleaning service. This includes clearing your gutters of all debris, checking for blockages in your downpipes and clearing them so rainwater can run freely preventing water damage to your property.By using a specialized gutter cleaning vacuum and pole system that can reach up to 35ft, your gutters will be manually cleared from the ground and all debris will be collected and put into rubble sacks and taken away at no extra cost!THE PROCESSFirstly, your gutters will be inspected with a remote camera system to see what work needs to be done. Before and after photos will be provided for your peace of mind. Next your gutters will be cleared of all debris.After that if your down pipes are blocked, they will be manually cleaned by hand using ladders to reach the problem area.And lastly, any mess made during the clearing process will be cleaned up leaving your property clean and tidy.I'm also able to offer a minor repair service at an extra cost.
