And provide a written estimate 3) if your happy with the estimate then we take a deposit of £250 which is deducted from the price of the works should you make a booking. 4) Once your happy with everything we take a payment to cover furniture, tiles and materials and secure your date in our diary. 5) Payments are then made at agreed milestones throughout the project with the remaining amount being paid on completion.
