Carpet manufacturers recommend having your carpets professionally cleaned once a year to extend the life of your carpet !We start by thoroughly vacuuming your carpet removing any dust, soil and dirt. Once this is done any spots or stains are individually treated.The whole carpet is then treated with a specialised pre-spray - This not only starts to work on cleaning the fibres of the carpet, but it also eliminates 99.9% of any germs or bacteria that are in the carpet.This pre-spray is then brushed into the carpet using a dedicated brushing machine. This means the pre-spray gets deep into the carpet pile to ensure the best clean possible.The next stage is to rinse out the pre-spray using a hot water extraction method (some call this steam cleaning). This leaves the carpet looking like new and smelling great !The last stage is to comb the carpet to remove any cleaning marks.If any furniture needs to be replaced on a freshly cleaned carpet this is put on special foil strips to stop the legs of the furniture staining the carpet.We can also dry-clean carpets if you need to use these immediately afterwards.We also clean upholstery - This is all done by hand to ensure a thorough clean but also to protect the fabrics.If for any reason you are unable able to contact me please leave me a voicemail so that I may get back to you as soon as possible.
