We are a company called Hampshire Property Maintenance Ltd and we were established in September 2002. After working for many years as a contracts manager, I noticed the downfall of running contracts and formed my own company. Our aim is to give our uppermost to achieve a professional service/standard and endeavour to keep the customer and clients happy with the works we carry out. We specialise in carrying out complete or part refurbishments of kitchen and bathrooms including disabled, for domestic & commercial properties including hospitals, schools and Ministry of Defence bases. We cover all aspects of disabled adaptations, from simple things such as installing grab rails, ramps to fully adapted bathrooms / wet rooms and kitchens both domestic and commercial.We have carried out major installation works within the Bordon and Aldershot, barracks. We have carried out the maintenance repairs for the married quarters, this contract has now ended, this included, out of hours emergency calls carrying out all types of plumbing works, boarding of windows/doors, locks and general carpentry works. The last two years we have been carrying out housing repairs, this has given us experience and knowledge of the areas to carry out a specialized maintenance program and we feel that we would like to increase our workload within the housing maintenance. We have carried out refurbishment works on flats in London, which consists of kitchen and bathroom installations and decorating works.
